• Leasing: Intrepid can provide traditional leasing or lease to own options for operators that are seeking to update their gaming floors without having to spend the substantial amount of capital up front to do so. These lease options are available for either new or used equipment and Intrepid is eager to work with you to source the right game mix for your property.

• Bucket Sale: Intrepid can also arrange a traditional “Bucket Sale” to allow the operator to pay a set daily fee for the EGM until such time as the machine is paid in full and ownership of the machine shifts to the operator.

• Sale and Leaseback Intrepid has the ability to do large scale Sale and Leaseback options to help operators create liquidity from the fixed asset base of EGMs on their gaming floor. In some cases we can even look at the possibility of doing a Sale and Leaseback of the entire Casino Operation.
